The board of directors of the Corinne Kreissl Memorial Foundation, Inc. have established a program recognizing persons memorialized, honored or commemorated. If you wish to make a donation in memory of someone or to honor or commemorate someone in celebration of a special occasion, please fill out the bottom portion with pertinent information and return. The Corinne Kreissl Memorial Foundation plaque will display engraved names of all persons memorialized, honored or commemorated, as well as an alphabetical listing on a scroll on our website for instant recognition. An acknowledgement will be sent to the family for memorials or to the person or persons being honored or commemorated.
