June, 2008 Dear Friends of the Lake Geneva Classic Car Rally, After thirty wonderful fun-filled years the Lake Geneva Classic Car Rally is saying farewell. It has been a pleasure for the Kreissl family to have been a part of your lives for all these years. There are no words we can say to tell you how much enjoyment doing this event has meant to all of us. With the passing of our husband and father, George, it is time for us to move on. We take with us, as do the rest of our team, many fond memories. Last year's event raised $37,000. Working together we have donated a grand total of $674,762 for childhood cancer research. We can never begin to express the gratitude of the many children and families you have helped and are continuing to help as a result of these gifts. We do plan on keeping the Corinne Kreissl Memorial Foundation, Inc. active by means of donations and memorials. All funds received will go to support the childhood cancer research endeavor of Dr. Marianne Kim. We are also keeping our website active and it will have the memorial names listed on a rolling scroll. Again, we thank you for your support over the years and all of the many happy memories.
